Who are the Dezrah?
The Dezrah tribe are an decent sized group located in the mountains behind the plains. They are often mistaken for death worshipers by those who do not care to examine fine details; relegated to the crazies in the mountains with their black and green banners hoisted above along side the sun dried bones of beasts.
In actuality, it is less that they worship death and more so that they worship life through death. They preserve the stories of all who have passed, be they beast or man as the stories left behind are often the final truth one can share. You also have their spiritual leadership: the Speakers of the Dead and the Seers of the Dead. The Seers read bones and communicate with the next world through their dreams, trained in interpreting what is seen into something that can be applied to the tribe. Speakers act as sort of a religious mortician; taking apart the dead to determine the final truths of one's life: how they died, when they died, and perhaps even why.
Among the Dezrah, there are two truths they hold above all others: The dead don't lie and to respect the bodies of fallen Spoken, less you make a lie of nature itself.
